What we collect from you

Your email address and a securely hashed password (stored by our authentication provider, Supabase), the accounts and groups you set up, and your billing status. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

What we collect about tracked accounts

For the accounts you choose to track, we store publicly available profile details (username, display name, profile picture, follower and post counts) and public statistics about their posts (captions, links, views, likes and comments). We do not collect private messages, private accounts, or anything that requires the account owner’s login.

How we use it

To run the dashboard, process payments, send essential account emails (like password resets) and keep the service secure. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the product: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Some of them store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

Your account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of you asking us to close it. Public statistics about tracked accounts may be kept to provide history to other customers who track the same accounts.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you own an account that appears in Fabric Analytics and want it excluded, contact us and we’ll stop collecting it.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember your day/night setting. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
