Terms of Service

The service

Fabric Analytics (“we”, “us”) provides a web dashboard that collects publicly available statistics about social media accounts — such as follower counts and the views, likes and comments on public posts — and presents them as reports. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or any other platform.

Your account

You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid plan.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, resell access without our written permission, or use the data to harass anyone.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Data accuracy

Numbers come from the platforms’ public data and may be delayed, incomplete, or changed or withdrawn by the platform. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business decisions made using the reports.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms; if a change is significant we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where Fabric Analytics is based.
